Additionally the plaintiffs also provided the defendant a number of parts necessary for the agreed upon work to be performed by the defendant.The suit further alleges despite attempts to get the work done, the defendant has not completed the work and has sought a further payment for work done and to be done.Breach of contract is alleged against the defendant and sought are damages of $7,573.87 plus interest and costs.
