Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania is inviting girls, ages 5-18, to sign up for Girl Scouts.

This year, Girl Scouts have partnered with first lady Michelle Obama, honorary chair of the Girl Scouts and a prominent advocate of female education and empowerment, to spread the positive message of Girl Scouting through social media. As the state's largest girl-serving organization, GSEP serves 40,000 girls across eastern Pennsylvania.Membership affords Girl Scouts the opportunity to build friendships, leadership skills and confidence within a positive all-girl environment at an affordable price for families. In order to guarantee that more girls can be part of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, GSEP needs more volunteers to accommodate the growing list of girls looking to become Girl Scouts.Currently, close to 15,000 adults in eastern Pennsylvania are taking this matter into their own hands and supporting a program that works for children. GSEP calls on every adult who is interested in volunteering to visit
