A Carbon County man was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5.

State police at Hazleton responded to the area of E. Oak and F Alley, in Tresckow, Banks Township, for a report of an assault/harassment complaint.On scene troopers were told by Kristy Lee Binder, 30, that she and Terry A. Gergar Jr., 29, were arguing over her dog being in the common yard of the row home property when Gergar allegedly shoved her.Troopers said Gergar was cited.
