October 5, 2001 Phil Gasker's all-around game helps propel Lehighton to a 21-0 Mountain Valley Conference win over Pleasant Valley. Gasker scores a touchdown on offense, reaches the end zone on special teams and also intercepts a pass on defense. The Indian senior completes a drive with a minute before the half by scoring on a 10-yard TD run. He then opens the second half by taking the kickoff 84 yards for a touchdown. The winners, coached by Bill Brong, also receive a three-yard TD run from Dedan Brozino.
