A mural dresses up a construction fence surrounding the Lehigh Coal & Navigation building in downtown Jim Thorpe. The fence was installed to protect pedestrians from falling material while the property owner, Pennrose, is investigating what repairs are required. The old-fashioned streetscape mural was the idea of Jim Thorpe Borough Council President Betsey Ahner and Harry Packer Mansion proprietor Pat Handwerk. It was designed by Jump Spark of Albrightsville, and funded by Pennrose.
