State police at Frackville reported investigating a two vehicle crash about 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Sept. 27, along North St., in East Union Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Mallory A. Johnson, 21, of Oneida, was backing out of a driveway and backed into the path of Anthony R. Harris, 36, of Sheppton, who was westbound. The rear of Johnson's 2004 Acura RS struck the driver's side of Harris' 2007 Chevrolet Impala. Troopers said the Chevrolet is a East Union Township police cruiser.No one was injured. The Chevrolet was towed from the scene.Troopers cited Johnson for careless driving.
