State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the theft of hunting equipment from a Schuylkill County site.

Troopers said the equipment was removed from a wooded area between SPCA Rd. and Glenworth Rd., in North Mannheim Township, sometime between Sept. 22 and 26.Taken was a Big Game brand black metal ladder-type tree stand valued at $300, a Loggy Bayou brand black ladder-type tree stand valued at $300, and two Wild Game brand innovations game cameras valued at $240. The game cameras were cable locked to trees but the cables were cut, troopers noted.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 739-1330.
