Over $900 is charged on a stolen credit card

Mahoning Township police said over $900 was charged on a stolen debit card at a store in the township.

Police said that on August 30, suspects utilized stolen debit card numbers to successfully charge items on the account of a 53 year old resident of Nazareth.Police said the suspects drove a white minivan and used forged duplicate cards in the theft.They attempted to use several other forged cards which were declined before making the successful purchases using the victims account information, police added.The last four digits of the declined cards are 7038, 5235, and 1038.Anyone who may be a victim of the stolen cards, or anyone able to identify the suspects is asked to contact Mahoning Township Police at 570-386-2241.
