Lisa Schaeffer, 52, of 116 Center St., Tamaqua, has been cited following an incident on Aug. 30.

Schaeffer was cited for public drunkenness after EMS personnel observed her falling while trying to walk in the area of the Five Points intersection. She was in a highly intoxicated state to the point she was so drunk she couldn't walk or talk. She was transported to St. Luke's Miners Hospital, Coaldale, for treatment.Schaeffer was cited for public drunkenness.
