A Pine Grove teen is facing charges following an incident in the Skipper Dippers parking lot in Rush Township.

Brittni Shaak, 19, will be charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers received the results of blood tests taken the morning of the incident.Test results indicate Shaak had methamphetamine in her system. The incident took place at 2:09 a.m. on Aug. 13.
