A New Ringgold woman is facing charges following a Sept. 20 incident in Rush Township.

Krystal M. Ogilvie, 31, allegedly stole items valued at $212.16 from the Hometown Commons Walmart. The incident took place at 4:46 p.m.She will be charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
