A Monroe County man is facing a charge of disorderly conduct.

State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred about 2:20 p.m. on Sept. 18 at 379 Hawk Road, in Ross Township. Troopers said at the time and location stated Shawn Stintsman, 45, of that address, acted in an aggressive manner towards troopers. Several verbal commands were given which Stintsman failed to comply, troopers added.
