Marian High School Principal Sister Bernard Agnes IHM presents faculty member Kayla Riccuitti with a check for $1,000 to help cover medical expenses incurred after Riccuitti's father underwent a kidney transplant. The funds were collected through a recent "dress down day" at the Hometown high school. The Marian teacher donated one of her kidneys to her father, Richard Riccuitti, in July and started teaching at the school in August. A Bike Run for Richie and Cruise for Kayla will be held on Sept. 29. Registration will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at Evans Roadhouse in Drums.
