Brandon Leslie, 25, of 167 W. Moser Ave., Coaldale, faces charges from an incident which took place on July 18 at Springgarden and Water streets in Lansford.

Leslie is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.According to an affidavit of probable cause, on July 18, Officer Jeffrey Ohl received information that Leslie was wanted on an outstanding warrant.At about 10:20 p.m. that night, while on patrol Officer Brian Horos saw Leslie walking near Tunnel and Water streets, told him about the warrant and arrested him.During a pat-down Leslie was found to have a multicolored glass smoking pipe, which had burnt marijuana residue in itLeslie admitted to being an "avid" marijuana smoker, and was taken to Carbon County Correctional Facility.
