The incident occurred between Aug. 28-30 in the 300 block of Lafayette Avenue.Unlawful possessionof controlled substanceCriminal charges were filed against Tyler Hackman, 23, of 642 Stone Mountain Road, Lehighton, and Elliott Christman, 18, of 1440 57 Drive, Kunkletown, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Criminal charges were also filed against Michael Smith Jr., 21, of 22 Longbrooke Way, Albrightsville, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. The incident occurred on June 21 at 6:10 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Fourth Street.Simple assaultCriminal charges were filed against Diane Hartman, 52, of 405 Hahns Dairy Road, Palmerton, for simple assault and defiant trespass. The violation occurred on Sept. 6 at 7:35 a.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Francis Kelly, 54, of 8401 Gun Club Road, New Tripoli, was cited for expired registration. The violation occurred on Sept. 2 at 4:50 p.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.
