Live Wire returns to Penn's Peak, Friday

Fans of AC/DC are sure to enjoy the concert slated for Friday night at Penn's Peak in Jim Thorpe.

You cannot stop rock 'n roll and Live Wire is out to prove this to audiences time and time again.Live Wire performs the best of AC/DC from their early Australian roots days to their worldwide superstar status with their present hits.The band is comprised of five veteran musicians, most of whom were from the original AC/DC Tribute Bands. These men are the very finest clones/impersonators to grace the stage and they will perform the most accurate AC/DC live show you will ever see…next to the real thing, of course.Coming on Sept. 26 to the venue is country great Josh Turner, whose hits include "Long Black Train" and "Why Don't We Just Dance."The following night, Sept. 27, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band makes a return appearance.
