Bernard J. Rammer, 26, of 710 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, has been cited following an incident on Saturday, Aug. 17.

Police were dispatched to the 400 block of East Broad Street at 2:30 a.m. for a reported disturbance involving a large group of individuals. As officers arrived one male began moving toward Hazle Street, stumbling as he walked away. That man was identified as Rammer.After interviewing others at the scene it was reported that Rammer became involved in an argument with two of his friends. At one point Rammer pushed and shoved one of the men.As Rammer was exhibiting several signs of possible alcohol intoxication, he was transported to the station then issued a citation for public drunkenness.
