Four members of the Tamaqua Raider Band recently participated in the George N. Park Drum Major Academy, held at Kutztown University. The students included, l-r, Vanessa Solt, Samantha Postupack, Jared Sharpe and Jamie Mateyak. At the academy students received personalized instruction in conducting, marching and leadership skills.
