A Barnesville man is facing charges following a traffic stop in Rush Township on Aug. 3.

Walter Brodhead, 44, was stopped at 2:11 a.m. on Pine Creek Drive and was transported to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson Street, Pottsville, for blood tests. The results indicated Brodhead's blood alcohol content was .132 percent, over the legal limit of .08 percent.He will be charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and traffic violations.
