Two Carbon residents among 34 arraigned on criminal counts

Two Carbon County residents were among 34 who were arraigned Monday morning on criminal charges in Schuylkill County court and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury. They were:

Anthony Hannibal Pudvah, 23, of 2472 Mahoning Drive West, Lehighton, charged by West Penn Sgt. Jason L. Lorah, with possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to drive at a safe speed after his vehicle struck a tree off the Blue Mountain Road last April 5.Aaron B. Ahner, 31, of 1785 Deer Lane, Lehighton, charged by West Penn Chief Brian J. Johnson, with theft from Action Glass Company, 859 West Penn Pike last June 13, and receiving stolen properties.Matthew Bachman, 27, of 305 Washington St., Tamaqua, charged by Trooper Michael S. Allar with fleeing police, fraudulent use of registration plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, unauthorized transfer of vehicle registration, failing to have his vehicle insured, failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic, exceeding maximum speed limits by traveling 90 to 100 miles-per-hour during the chase, careless driving, and reckless driving. He was cited last May 26 when stopped on SR209, east of Tuscarora in Schuylkill Township,Mohammed Ali Ijaz, 22, Fairfax, Va., charged by Schuylkill Haven Patrolman Kenneth A. Jacoby, with theft of a bicycle, and receiving stolen property last April 30.Tammy McShaw, 45, Pottsville, charged by Trooper Caleb J. Huber with retail theft from Boscov's store, Fairlane Village Mall, Pottsville, a handbag and scarf valued at $154.95.Jason Osman, 26, Mahanoy City, charged by Mahanoy City Cpl. Michael Dissinger, with possession of a controlled substance (CS), possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia last May 5 when stopped at Fourth and Centre sts.Waylon Earl Drey, 28, inmate at the state correctional facility in Mahanoy Township, charged by Trooper Edward Lizewski with criminal conspiracy, criminal use of cell phone, and two counts of criminal solicitation to commit contraband by calling a friend to bring heroin to the prison.Brian Dean Perez, 30, inmate at the state correctional facility in Ryan Township, charged by Trooper Edward Lizewski with possession of a small amount of marijuana in his cell.Scott Kendricks, 30, Shenandoah, charged by West Mahanoy Township Chief Shawn Tray, with four counts of arson of a vacant home in Lower William Penn Village between last April 1 to 20; and one count of risking catastrophe.Kathleen Terese Dennis, 44, Pottsville, charged by Ashland Chief Adam Bernodin Jr., with criminal conspiracy, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property from Boyer's Food Mart last May 25.Cody Thomas Yergert, 30, Pottsville, charged by Chief Bernodiin with conspiring with Dennis to commit theft at Boyer's Food Mart.Gregory L. Maser, 36, Pottsville, charged by Schuylkill County Drug Task Force, with delivery of a CS, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia in a parking lot of a supermarket in Shenandoah last March 26.Jason Thomas Kerstetter, 24, Ashland, charged by Ashland Chief Adam Bernodin Jr., with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia along the Gordon Road last May 13 and at a parking lot of an Ashland grocery store last May 14.Brett Michael Kline, 19, Shenandoah, charged by West Mahanoy Patrolman Raymond Tonkinson III, with theft of gasoline from a service station last April 14, theft of an Iphone valued at $600; and two counts of receiving stolen property.George Michael Misunas, 27, Girardville, charged by Butler Township Patrolman Raymond Horan, with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, reckless driving, following another vehicle too closely, and failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic in the borough last April 26.Robert R. Chuplis, 56, Girardville, charged by Girardville Patrolman John Borchick, last May 21 with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, and harassment of his wife.William J. Burd, 38, Girardville, charged by Schuylkill County Drug Task Force with possession of drug paraphernalia at her resident's last May 15.Duane Harold Maurer, 50, Ashland, charged by Butler Township Patrolman Shawn Butler, with manufacturing of a CS at 406 Catherine St., possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, risking catastrophe, and possession of drug paraphernalia last June 10.Angel Junior Delrio, 24, Ashland, charged by Ashland Patrolman Kyle Schauer, with aggravated assault, simple assault, and recklessly endangering Kaylyn Kumangal, Ashland, last May 13.Deborah A.
