A Schuylkill County resident is facing a charge of retail theft.

State police at Schuylkill Haven have charged David Stephen, 55, of Schuylkill Haven, for an incident that occurred at the Economy Gas Gulf station, located at 410 SR61, North Manheim Township, on May 17 about 9:20 a.m.Troopers said Stephen pumped 15.055 gallons of off-road diesel fuel into secondary containers at the station, then fled northbound without paying for the fuel.Stephen was identified as the suspect and was recently charged.
