Do you have trouble sleeping?Have you had difficulties transitioning from the military into civilian life?There is help.The Veterans Support Group VALOR invites any veteran to a free group therapy program on Tuesday, Aug. 20 at the Gilbert American Legion Post 927, downstairs, at 7 p.m. It will meet monthly, the third Tuesday of every month.
