Pocono Mountain Regional police said they committed Ahqueelah Simmons, 31, of Wilkes-Barre, to the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville, on Aug. 3.

Police said they observed a suspicious vehicle parked along Middle lane in Stonecrest Park, Blakeslee, and made contact with the occupants, one of them being Simmons.A check revealed she has an active bench warrant against her out of Luzerne County, prompting police to take her into custody.
