Arrests reported

State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests made by troopers.

On Aug. 8 about 7:38 p.m. troopers were dispatched to 3082 Pleasant Valley Drive, Kunkletown, Polk Township, Monroe County, for a reported domestic dispute. On scene troopers learned that Steven Henry Oltmann, 31, and Samantha Jane Eickhoff, 26, both of that residence, were involved in a dispute.During the dispute Oltmann allegedly scratched Eickhoff on her neck while ripping her shirt off and punched her in the back of the head with a closed fist twice.Oltmann fled the home prior to the arrival of troopers. A warrant has been issued for his arrest on a charge of simple assault.Vincent J. Klinger, 26, of Serfass Road, Saylorsburg, Polk Township, is facing a harassment count. He allegedly engaged in a behavior that caused a 13-year-old male to be pushed to the ground by the suspect. The incident occurred at 743 Centre Road, in Dubler's Trailer Park, about 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12.Klinger is charged in a second incident which occurred on Monday, Aug. 12, at the same location. He allegedly caused alarm to Melissa Hull, 29, of that address, by honking his car horn, blowing a whistle, and alarming Hull and her family. The incident occurred between 6:45-7 a.m. He was charged with disorderly conduct.Thomas McArdle, 50, of 15 Bowmans Road, East Penn Township, Carbon County, is facing a charge of harassment for allegedly injuring the arm of a 47-year-old female from Bowmanstown at his residence about 9:42 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11, during an argument at his residence. The investigation is continuing, troopers noted.An incident at Camp Adams juvenile forestry camp in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, is being probed. Troopers said Lavar B. Chester, 19, of Philadelphia, a resident of the camp, is facing assault and harassment charges for an incident that occurred during a physical training at the camp. He allegedly struck another juvenile male with a closed fist. The incident occurred about 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11.Zachary Storm, 29, of Gilbert, Monroe County, is facing a charge of harassment for allegedly sending lewd pictures of a 27-year-old female from Weissport, Carbon County, to various individuals with the intent to harass the female. The incident was reported at 6 p.m. on Aug. 9.Mitzi Mager, of Frable Drive, Eldred Township, Monroe County, has been charged with cruelty to animals for allegedly neglecting a horse which ultimately led to the animal's death. The incident occurred between May 8 and July 22, troopers said.
