Brittant Berns, 26, and Robin Berns, 47, both of Schuylkill Haven, have been arrested by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks on charges of harassment.

Pollice said the charges are a result of police having had to investigate a verbal argument that escalated to a physical altercation at 7:05 p.m. Aug. 6 in Wayne Township.Police said it is alleged Brittany Berns pushed and kicked Robin Berns and the latter pushed Brittany Burns and pulled her hair.
