Zachary Cinicola of West Penn Township has graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. He received a bachelor of science degree in environmental biology. He is a 2009 graduate of Marian Catholic High School.

During his junior and senior year at Lock Haven, Cinicola interned at the Lehigh Gap Nature Center in Slatington. He completed two independent study projects, one using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and another related to substrate movements in stream flow, during his senior year.Cinicola is the son of Fred and Terrie Cinicola of Andreas. He is the grandson of Clete and Irene Milan of Jim Thorpe, and Anna Cinicola, formerly of Summit Hill.
