State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned on July 24 to investigate the theft of diapers and baby formula from a residence in Parryville.

As a result of the investigation, police said Nicholas Sterling Minnich, 23, of Sumneytown, Montgomery County, will be charged with criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.Police said it is alleged Minnich made forced entry to a residence on Main Street through a side window without being authorized to do so. Once inside, he proceeded to take the baby supplies.The incident happened between 8 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. on the above date.
