A Tamaqua man has been cited following an incident in the borough on July 12.

Patrolman Peter Wysochansky was dispatched to 125 Orwigsburg St. at 9:35 p.m. and spoke with Arlene Yost, who reported that a neighborhood man had been yelling about her dogs. Yost said the problem was ongoing. The man was identified as Christian Shilko, 43, of 207 Orwigsburg St.He will be cited for harassment.
