State police at the Fogelsville barracks reporter Collin Francis Devlin, 42, of Saylorsburg, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on July 25.

Police said they responded to a report of an unresponsive man being down in the cemetery adjacent to the Chestnut Hill Church, Lower Milford Township, at 5:26 a.m. on the above date, and learned Devlin was deceased. The Lehigh County Coroner's office ruled the death a suicide.
