The burning of its mortgage on 68 acres of land it owns in Summit Station will help the Schuylkill County Fair Association celebrate its 10th year.The weeklong celebration will go into full gear Monday.Each night, live entertainment will be offered on the new stage. The fair will feature such events as free farm wagon shuttle rides; demonstration by the Blue Ridge Rifles Muzzleloading Club; a petting zoo; livestock and poultry exhibits; grain-threshing by the Blue Mountain Young Farmers; and antique tractors and gas engines.
