The deadline for the 40-year reunion picnic of the Tamaqua Area High School Class of 1973 has been extended to July 27.

The picnic will take place on Aug. 10 from noon to 7 p.m. at West Penn Rod and Gun Club, 1047 Clamtown Road.More information is available by calling Debbie Sinton Eremus at (570) 668-4228 or email:
