Rush Township police will charge a 17-year-old Oneida male in connection with a shoplifting incident on July 15.

The teen allegedly went to the Hometown Commons Walmart twice, at 3:32 p.m. and again at 8:45 p.m. Both times he removed merchandise without paying for it. Items in the first incident were valued at $69.97, while the items from the later incident were valued at $9.88.
