State police at Fern Ridge reported on two arrests for harassment in separate incidents.

Troopers said Matthew J. Ellsworth, 45, of Stroudsburg, was cited for an incident involving Richard A. Dunn, 53, of Mount Pocono, which occurred at 15 Executive Drive in Appenzel Estates, Jackson Township, Monroe County. Ellsworth allegedly struck Dunn in the sternum with a small sledgehammer. The incident occurred about 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, July 14.The second incident occurred on Monday, July 15, about 5 p.m. at NHS Human Services, 126 Arlene Drive, Chestnuthill Township. Steven Michael Spencer, 32, of Effort, allegedly punched his roommate, identified as a 27-year-old male, in the face.
