State police at Fern Ridge are investigating the theft of a Schwinn mountain bike.

Troopers said the bike was stolen from the porch of Sandra L. Pileggi, 668 Old Stage Road, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County. The bike, valued at $300, was taken sometime between 9:30 and 10 a.m. on July 3.
