Salem UCC July events

The Community Breakfast at Salem UCC in Gilbert is Saturday, July 13 from 8:30-11 a.m. The menu includes: eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, pancakes, juice and coffee. Breakfast is free, but donations are accepted.Vacation Bible School is the Week of July 15-19 from 6-8:30 p.m. The theme is Galilee-By-The-Sea: Catch Jesus in Action. Ages 3 and up are invited to attend. Parents also are welcome. Children under 3 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Come at 5:30 p.m. for a light dinner.Call the church office to register at (610) 681-4733, and leave a message with your name and phone number and they will get back to you. There is no charge to attend.Youth fellowship time takes place at 9 a.m. Sundays for ages 6-18. Worship is at 10:30 a.m. and the free coffee hour follows.The church is located on Route 209 and Gilbert Road (117 Corner Road).Free clothing and foodHope Fellowship Mission of Seventh Day Adventists will have clothing and food for those in need on Sunday, July 14, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The building is located 1/2-mile past the Pleasant Valley elementary and intermediate schools on Polk Township Road.
