The gala re-opening of the new Lakewood Country Playhouse at Barnesville will take place on July 11 in the theater at Lakewood Amusement Park.

The outstanding Broadway star John Raitt will appear in the hit music comedy, "I Do! I Do!," and later will entertain with an encore of songs he made famous in Broadway shows.Free champagne will be dispensed to first-nighters, and quite a few other surprises will be in store for those on hand for the big event.
