Safe Haven Pet Rescue will hold an adoption day from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday, July 21, at Tractor Supply, Route 209, Brodheadsville.Safe Haven will have many young dogs available for you to meet and get to know. Safe Haven requires a pre-adoption application with references and a home visit before adoption.Safe Haven Pet Rescue is a small group of dedicated volunteers from the West End of the Poconos who save highly adoptable dogs from high kill and overcrowded shelters and finds them loving homes. They collected $822 to feed the hungry. Synod collected as of June 26, $8,342.
