Lehighton state police are investigating a report of indecent assault committed by a male in his 40s to a 28-year-old female Lehighton resident.

The suspect was a cashier at Pappy's Store in Bowmanstown where the incident occurred on June 4 at 5 p.m. The victim was in the store when the suspect reportedly grabbed the victim's breast.Anyone with any information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (610) 377-4270.
