Stephen C. Popovich, 55, of 71 Blakeslee East, Lehighton, was cited for public drunkenness after causing a disturbance at the Fast Fill on Blakeslee Blvd.

Lehighton police said the incident occured on Saturday, June 29, at 11:10 p.m.
