State police at Fern Ridge are seeking a hit-and-run driver who was involved in an accident on June 20 along Pohopoco Drive in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said a vehicle was traveling southbound when it went onto the shoulder and struck a fence at 206 Pohopoco Court, causing damage to about 40 feet of wooden fencing.The driver then fled the scene. Troopers said the hit and run vehicle is possibly a white Honda with moderate to heavy damage to the front end. The incident was reported at 6:25 a.m.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 646-2271.
