A dispute over a loan led to charges being filed against a Schuylkill County man.

State police at Frackville said Thomas Flaherty, of Delano, and Patrick Reighard, of Ringtown, got involved in a verbal argument over a loan at Melanie Manor, in Union Township, about 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26. During the argument Reighard allegedly threw a spray paint can at Flaherty, striking him in the face.Reighard was issued a citation for harassment, troopers said.
