Coaldale Lions presented a $500 check recently to St. Luke's Hospital - Miners Campus as part of their $10,000 pledge to the hospital. "This donation represents the Lions Club motto of 'We Serve'," said Ames, who added that the funds will go towards the hospital's new ICU Unit. The Coaldale Lions Club has been serving the community since 1946.
