A Schuylkill County man was arrested early Saturday morning, June 22, after he was found walking along a county road nude.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 12:33 a.m. along SR61 northbound in Blythe Township.Troopers said Randy Michael Gelbutis, 43, of Shenandoah, was a passenger in a vehicle that became disabled at the above stated location and time.He exited the car, removed all his clothing, and began to walk in the travel lanes which caused traffic to make evasive maneuvers.Gelbutis was taken into custody and transported to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, for evaluation.Troopers said he was charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
