Charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol are pending against Jesse N. Orellana, 49, of Easton, after a traffic stop at 4:27 a.m. June 23 on Interstate 80 westbound in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County.

State police at the Fern Ridge said he was stopped for a traffic violation, after which time police determined he was intoxicated.In addition to the pending DUI charge, he will be cited for other vehicle code violations.
