Two area women among four to enter guilty pleas

Two area women were among four defendants who entered guilty pleas to criminal charges in Schuylkill County court and were sentenced by Judge James P. Goodman as follows:

Dianne Louise Ontiveros, 59, of 31 Swatara St., Tamaqua, pleaded guilty to retail theft from Boscov's Department Store, Fairlane Village Mall, Pottsville, and was given credit for spending 231 days in the county prison and released on parole for 23 months, pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA) fund, and perform 40 hours of community service. She was cited by Trooper Robert Oakley.Pamela Diane Keyes, 44, of 65 Dorset Road, New Ringgold, pleaded guilty to failing to furnish drug free urine to her probation officer and was sentenced to serve 12 months on probation with the sentence to begin when her sentence from Lehigh County expires. She also must pay $50 to CJEA fund. Keyes was cited by Pottsville Patrolman James P. Englert.Peter Gerald Donnelly, 22, Pottsville, pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to serve three to 23 months under house arrest with electronic monitoring and pay a daily fee of $12. On a charge of criminal use of a cell phone received a concurrent 12 months probation sentence. He also must pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund, $50 to CJEA fund, and perform 20 hours of community service. Donnelly was cited by Pottsville Cpl. Dennis G. Weiderhold.Hope Ann McManus, 25, Shenandoah, pleaded guilty to retail theft of women's clothing from Walmart Store in Saint Clair, and was given credit for serving 29 days in the county prison and released on parole for 12 months, pay $50 to CJEA fund, $50 to district attorney's office for bench warrant, perform 20 hours community service.Each defendant must also pay a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole.
