An access device fraud card in which a Saylorsburg man is the victim is being investigated by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

The victim is Glenn Orourke, 23, of 210 Sunnybrook Drive, Chestnuthill Township.He told police someone used his credit card without permission and made purchases at various stores with the total charges exceeding $4,000.The incident(s) happened between midnight June 14 and midnight June 20.
