All parties in a neighbor dispute were cited by Tamaqua police following a June 10 incident.

Police were dispatched to 105 Washington St. at 8:53 p.m. and spoke with Mary Ellen Jurick, 53, who reported that she had been threatened by her neighbors, Joshua (27) and Jason (28) Tessitore, 107 Washington St. She also claimed to be disturbed by loud music coming from the Tessitore residence.Prior to calling police Jurick, the Tessitores, and several others had reportedly been involved in a disturbance in the street.The Tessitores claimed that Jurick had threatened to have them assaulted by her son, which they had previously reported to the police department.Officers issued citations for harassment to all parties involved - Jurick; the Tessitores; Megan Yarnell, 26, of 107 Washington St., and Betty Conner, 47, of 415 E. Union St.
