An 18-year-old McAdoo woman has been cited after she was found lying in the street on June 4.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Sheridan and Cleveland streets at 3:49 a.m. where they found Chelsea Darrow, in an extremely intoxicated condition. She was in the middle of the roadway, screaming and crying.Darrow was transported to the station and admitted to drinking quite a bit of alcohol. A portable breath test indicated a .155 percent blood alcohol level, almost twice the legal limit.She was cited for disorderly conduct and underage drinking.
