Two arrested for Schuylkill incident

Two Schuylkill County residents were arrested earlier this week for an incident in the county.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred in a remote location near the village of Forestville, in Cass Township, about 5:45 p.m. on Sunday, June 9.Troopers allege that John Michael Nush, 41, of Minersville, and Daniel Roy Frew, 47, of Pottsville R.D., used chain saws and a sports utility vehicle (SUV) fitted with a snow plow blade to forcibly enter prviate land owned by Raymond E. Beach, of Pottsville R.D., which he uses for recreational purposes.The SUV became disabled and both Nush and Frew were apprehended on the property. Nush has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI), criminal trespass, and trespass by vehicle. Frew has been charged with criminal trespass and trespass by vehicle.Troopers noted that the property is posted with "no trespassing" signs.
