Three facing DUI charges

Three drivers are facing charges of driving under the influence (DUI) following separate incidents.

Troopers said Mary A. Tartaglia, 48, of Effort, was driving a Chevrolet Cobalt along Mountain Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, about 7:25 p.m. on May 17 when she failed to stop for a posted stop sign at the intersection with Toll Road. She continued west across Toll Road striking shrubbery in a yard at 841 Toll Road where her vehicle came to rest.She was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest, troopers said. Her vehicle was removed from the area by a relative.At 8:42 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, troopers stopped Andrew Ryan Dilks, 20, of Cherry Hill, N.J., for a traffic violation along SR904 in Kidder Township, Carbon County. He was suspected to be under the influence of a controlled substance with charges pending the results of a blood test.Also on Saturday, about 12:30 a.m., Diego Leon Sanchez-Jimenez, 48, of Bartonsville, was stopped for a broken tail light on his 1996 Dodge Ram along SR209 at Old Route 115, in Chestnuthill Township. He was found to be under the influence. The DUI charge is pending blood test results, troopers added.
